Sciatica Pain, Causes and Solutions

With Coach Jimmy K

Sciatica is a condition resulting from persistent pain felt in the lower back that runs down through the buttock and into the leg. The sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in the human body and controls the muscles of the lower leg and also provides feeling and sensation through the thighs and legs to the soles of your feet. Sciatica is most prevalent in people between the ages of 30- 55 years of age. It's commonly diagnosed from the symptoms that evolve.

There are many distinct symptoms ranging from a mild pins and needle tingling sensation to a dull ache or burning sensation. You could have a numbness feeling combined with a burning sensation or all of the above. The pain and discomfort is mild at first and can develop into chronic pain over time and can be aggravated by twisting a certain way, sudden movements, prolonged sitting, coughing or sneezing. Typically Sciatica only effects one side of the body.

Sciatica occurs generally when the sciatic nerve becomes pinched in the lower lumbar area by a herniated disc resulting from a sudden movement or lifting something heavy incorrectly or a bone spur that pinches the nerve. Women can also develop sciatic issues during pregnancy because the developing uterus puts pressure on the sciatic nerve.Sciatica pain is generally an acute pain and will go away in a few weeks with proper therapy. Denas therapy is a drug free non invasive regimen that can help reduce the inflammation and allow the internal damage to correct itself.

Other antagonist that can naturally cause sciatica are prolonged standing on hard surfaces, being overweight and inactive. Occupational jobs like driving trucks long distances bouncing up and down will affect the lower lumbar area. Sitting at a desk for long periods and physical jobs lifting heavy items can also cause sciatica. Suggestions to prevent sciatica are eat a balanced diet, exercise and stretch regularly, avoid being sedentary and use proper techniques when lifting heavy items.

Being that Sciatica involves the sciatic nerve and inflammation caused by internal antagonist makes Denas therapy the perfect drug free non invasive answer. Through Dynamic Electro Neuro Adaptive Stimulation directly applied in the lower lumbar area and continued down the leg to the lowest area of pain, the frequency transmitted to the brain will stimulate regulatory peptides and neuropeptides to address the inflammation.

The Denas biofeedback program will communicate through the sciatic nerve and brain to generate the proper dose of endorphins and neuropeptides to elliminate the pain and allow the body to repair internally. Denas therapy is an advanced SCENAR technology that has been used in Russia and Europe for decades. Drug free, safe and effective has made it the choice of millions worldwide for acute and chronic pain issues resulting from muscle, nerve and joint disorders.
